i found out about ALEXANDRE LOBSTEIN a couple of years ago while searching the world wide web for someone in europe, that could shape a proper san diego style fish.
back then, alexandre had just started out to offer his shapes to customers, his website was online only for a couple of days only so i was really lucky to find him. he was really surprised.
